The Thicket

Jack, a naive young man, embarks on a daring journey to rescue his sister Lula, who has been abducted by the ruthless outlaw Cut Throat Bill and his gang. Determined to save her, Jack teams up with Reginald Jones, a clever bounty hunter, along with an alcoholic grave-digger who is the son of a former slave, and a savvy streetwise prostitute. Together, this unlikely group pursues Cut Throat Bill into the perilous wilderness called The Big Thicket — a dangerous no-man’s land ruled by violence and disorder.
