A faction of Circuit Court Judges, disillusioned with the pervasive corruption within the legal system, have taken matters into their own hands by releasing convicted criminals. However, instead of letting justice run its course, they later kidnap these individuals and pursue them across a vast estate, turning their discontent into a dangerous game of pursuit.
