When Shiva, a boastful and heavy-drinking police officer, arrives in the village of Rakkasapura, a series of bizarre and relentless manhunts erupts. The superstitious residents quickly label him as a demon in uniform, fueling an atmosphere of fear and suspicion. As paranoia intensifies and long-buried secrets come to light, the chase becomes deeply personal, blurring the boundaries between the hunter and the evil he seeks.
