The Ugly

Dong-hwan, who has taken over the seal engraving workshop from his visually impaired father Yeong-gyu, convinces him to feature in a documentary highlighting his journey as a master craftsman who has triumphed over his disability. However, the filming takes an unforeseen twist when the remains of their wife and mother are found after four decades. As Dong-hwan delves into hidden family secrets, he also uncovers the story of a woman whose image has been erased from public memory, remembered only as an "ugly monster."
