Arjun, a resilient and dedicated police officer, teams up with his close friend Andrew to hunt down a notorious and terrifying serial killer known as Bhramma, also referred to as The Smiley Man. Their relentless pursuit culminates in capturing Bhramma, but not without a heavy toll—Andrew loses his life in the process. Devastated by the sacrifice and the traumatic experience, Arjun decides to leave the police force. However, the nightmare is far from over when Bhramma manages a daring prison escape, reigniting his brutal killing spree and plunging the city back into chaos.
