Mo Zaltzman, a cherished Hasidic rabbi living in a remote desert town, faces turmoil when his congregation is brutally attacked. Authorities swiftly detain a young white nationalist previously known for making threats, but Rabbi Mo is convinced the teenager is innocent of the murders. With no one else taking up the case, Rabbi Mo steps into the role of investigator. As more victims emerge, he is forced to master the use of a firearm to confront the true adversary.
